I bought these shoes because my kid is too lazy to fasten the velcro (honestly) and sometimes I don't want to deal with ripping boots because it doesn't fit them (my mom is also too lazy to deal with velcro) . This shoe is very easy to put on. They seem to have enough tightness or design to keep them going. They are flexible and light. He loves the color red, they seem to breathe. I was only able to find one size larger than his current size and figured if they are too big I can save them for later but they fit him slightly larger so I would recommend going half a size up when buying to go. The only downside is that after a week (yes we wear them every day and he is very very active) they are already showing signs of wear. (not too bad but it's only a week). I will update in a month.
