I have 2.5 year old twin girls with developmental delays. I got this toy for Christmas to get her interested in throwing things. Right now they're more interested in watching me play it, but they'll be able to play it for years to come. My girls already know their numbers, shapes and colors but this can help teach this to kids who don't. The board actually has a thicker vinyl look, which is nice because it's easy to wash and can handle anything my little ones throw at it. The bean bags also appear to be well made and small enough for little hands to hold.
