Beautiful flower, beautiful tool set with box!

A few months ago I drew a similar picture of a daisy that I really liked. I was dying to order this one to finish and hang with daisies. I like this one even better. The colors are beautiful and just fun to work with. The grid is easy to read with all letters for symbols. Don't expect a photorealistic final project when it's done. The finished project will look impressionistic, but the image contributes well. I love working on it while listening to audiobooks or music. I would rate my patience (or skill) from BEGINNER to INTERMEDIATE due to the size of the canvas which is average in relation to the number of colors to be applied. This canvas has 20 colors, which is a bit below average for a canvas of this size. You can place longer rows of the same color as the kit includes all the tools to do so, but of course you will still be dotting in many places. Everything you absolutely need for this project and more is included. My general thoughts on diamond painting: Always check your diamond painting first upon receipt to make sure the adhesive on the canvas reaches all edges of the picture. If not, order a replacement. This is a rare problem and thankfully not encountered with this canvas, but it is the first important step in any project. Diamond painting for me is a relaxing activity, it takes the best parts of puzzle solving and cross stitching and combines them into one activity. The end result is that you get a work of art when you want to use it. Sure, it seems like I'm creating more art than I can realistically use, but for the price of one of these kits, it's cheap therapy. I have a briefcase to store the canvases before and after they are made to keep them flat. The details of the image are certainly not as sharp as in the photo, but make for a pointillist painting with brilliance. I love the art styles of Pointillism and Impressionism, so I like them a lot in many ways.
