I bought these to increase visibility for my student staff on the day I moved to the university where I work. They were a good size and fit everyone from people who normally wear small to normal people. who wears 2-3XL. I usually wear 2XL on women or XL on men and I found it comfortable to wear this and close the velcro. Tall people just wore it as an open waistcoat and it worked well. They were very light, which is important for summer. I hardly noticed I was wearing a vest because the material is so breathable. The vests were bright and reflective, able to attract people's attention in dim and bright light.
