Solid shoes on a great platform. I really like the Boa system. There are two "hot spots" on one leg. I've found that when I put on a boot and rotate my foot a little to "seat" it into the shoe, a spot comes loose. The other is caused by a seam securing the shoe's tongue and I have to wear shoes with the tongue slightly off-center. Overall, this was a good running shoe for technical terrain. Despite initial hotspots, once I start the shoe is essentially "set it and forget it," delivering dependable power transfer with comfort and control.
