Messy and ineffective
This "hand and nail care tool" was a major disappointment. Despite claims of being a "beauty" staple, it left my cuticles feeling rough and dry. Not to mention, the plastic cleaner left a sticky residue all over my hands that was impossible to wash off. The only positive aspect of this product is the affordability, but in this case, you truly get what you pay for.
