This was clearly a good half turn from where it should be if you walk on the tongue at the end of the boot. I cut off the tongue and hit it. snapped in so easily and it was a good fit and rotated it where i needed it and put it together with some white lithium grease on the lip without that new rubber that doesn't match the throttle body it's very easy to slide everywhere an excellent Product made a world of difference in performance. Replace both cuffs at the same time, make no mistake, only use this manufacturer or OEM, this little angle has no angle like itself, for the idle air control bit, changing the position, it all worked out.
