I have suffered from chronic foot pain for many years. My pain is so severe that prescribed medications do nothing for the pain. However, this product is the first product that really calms my nerves. Most massagers, especially shiatsu, dig into your legs very hard, causing more pain than relief. This massager gently rubs your feet instead of digging into them. The shower function is particularly good. The nerve pain I have reaches down to my legs and the water dripping on my shins definitely helps. This product is not perfect, just like any other product. Heating is a bit annoying. If you tell it to heat up to a certain temperature, it will keep heating up. So sometimes I have to bend down and adjust, but that's not a big problem. It's quite big and holds a lot of water. So if you're someone who can't lift a giant bucket of water out of a sink, this might not be for you. I would suggest leaving it on the ground and spraying water on it. The wheels aren't very high quality, but they work well enough that you don't have to carry them around. All in all, I am particularly grateful for this product. It's very relaxing and it's so nice to have a massager and I can control the temperature. I'd like to thank the company for that, but I'd suggest adjusting the heat control and adding bigger wheels. If you are looking for a great foot product, look no further.
