I was very happy about it. When I received it I couldn't figure out how it works. There were almost no instructions. So I asked someone else to look at it as it was my first such item. He couldn't get it to work either, so I called support. The first was iottie support. After almost 30 minutes of waiting, they quickly determined that it was Alexis' problem and routed me to support. After waiting 15 minutes for an answer, the gentleman who answered immediately stated that this was not a problem. no troubleshooting, nothing. I explained that I had already spoken to them and they were working with me, but he insisted I come back. So I tried again. Don't ask questions, so let's get back to Alexis. now at 1:15 am I'm back with Alexis. I explained again that I didn't know Alexis and asked if he could tell me about the installation. nope If I have the app on my phone, I'm fine. Well, obviously not me. Very frustrating. The product may be ok but the support from Iottie and Alexis is terrible. NEVER! However, Alexis customer service was very good at directing me to someone else. This time to the returns department.
