That's what it says in the tire repair tools section

It looks cheap, like a McDonald's toy. My biggest problem is they said, but I didn't realize how annoying it would be; it doesn't make the 32. Also, and it just seems cheap, I'll just stick with my digital micrometer or a regular depth gauge.
