Works, but sometimes when you connect devices to the hub or when you connect the hub to a computer (a new high-end laptop), the computer reports that the existing device has been disabled . So when I want to use it, I have to "unplug/eject" my external drive on my displayport, then plug in the hub, then plug my external drive back in. If I already have an external drive attached and then plug in the hub, all file operations I'm doing on my external DisplayPort drive stop. Shouldn't happen - don't know why it happens. Also, I would definitely go for a longer cable if I bought it again since the hub only has a cable that is about 3 inches long.
