Disappointed with tablecloths

I really like this design and color. I bought it as a gift for my mom as my kids tore it up. This should be waterproof. Yes, you can apply a few drops and wipe off immediately and it will stay dry. But you can't leave it for a minute.

Pros

Easy to clean: Liquids such as coffee, juice, wine, etc. can be wiped off quickly with a damp cloth or handkerchief. Our polyester tablecloth is machine washable and not easily deformed. Can be washed in cold water and do not bleach. Iron on a low setting if necessary.
