It was much better than I expected. Actually a very solid body. Love the kickstand feature, it works as promised. And it's very light, which was my main concern because the last case I bought was too bulky and heavy. I have a clear for my rose gold iPad and it looks very nice. Haven't dropped my iPad yet so can't comment on how well it protects, but judging by the quality of the case I trust it will protect against minor drops.
