Seems strong enough but not the best fit for my standard F-150 hitch. I think if the part that goes into the receiver was longer it would fit better. I'll see how it works once I've secured the winch, but I can return it. It tends to slope down instead of being straight. Not sure if I just got a bad one or does everyone do it? All my hitches are longer, the part that fits into the socket keeps the hitch straight.
