Review on ASICS GT 1000 Piedmont Grey Metropolis Women's Shoes for Athletic by Amanda Smith

At first I liked these shoes, I took both out of the box, put them on and left with no complaints. They were comfortable and fitted well right away. It didn't put too much pressure on flat feet but offered comfortable arch support and nice foam on the ball of the foot for push-off. The only downside I noticed was that on one side of the white sole of the shoe, it looks like someone shook a broken pen and sprayed black ink on the white heel, leaving weird smudges on part of the white heel . You can see it in the picture but I thought it was a bit dirt. This is not the case and I have noticed that the shoes I received have a little more "splatter" than the photo shows. This makes the shoe look dirty as it is only on the back half and only on the inside of the heel and not on the outside. Also, I hope these shoes last a long time because they are comfortable and don't need to be broken in. Relieves the knee, hip and back pain I had when walking in my previous running shoes.
