As a person with very poor eyesight (OD -7.25-1.00 x 180; OS -7.25-1.00 x 160) I originally wore gas permeable ones at night hard contact lenses (orthokeratology). However, after an eye infection I had to stay away from contact lenses, but I didn't want to pay outrageous amounts of money for designer lenses and eye exams. These lenses are great and definitely the right recipe for spherical correction. However, they do not account for astigmatism because they do not have the correct cylindrical correction and axis. To do this, you need to consult an optician. But for temporary wear, it's a fantastic price and solid construction. Normally glasses fall off my face from size 54-17-135, but the nose bridge and temples fit perfectly and securely on my face. The only problem is the packaging. The box and coating of the glasses were dented quite badly, but luckily the lenses weren't damaged.
