I bought it as a New Year gift for my kids and my wife's phones. We charge iPhone 7+ iPhone 8+ and Samsung Note 8 Samsung tablet. We bought a 6 pack. I think it's some kind of smart charger, but it doesn't quite match. Half of the chargers failed within a month. There are 2 left that still work. Not everyone was so impressed. Anker chargers purchased 2 years ago, unplugged, dropped etc. and still work. Based on my experience with these charges and some other branded cables, I will always spend my money on the Anker brand. You are where my money and time has been.
