Good beginner toothbrush for sensory/autistic children. Some negatives.

Soooo I bought this toothbrush for my kid. It's called the Tree Bristle Travel Toothbrush. It has 3 small toothbrush heads that are angled to allow you to brush all sides of the tooth at the same time with "touch-safe material" all around. Designed to reduce brushing time to around 40 seconds. instead of 2 minutes. (Not including time to floss). It's unbranded, and with that in mind, there are some negative reviews about the cheaper materials used. And it's not as good as an electric competitor. Start small, right? (They have a proprietary electric one that looks CRAZY cool lol) πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ ISSUES I HAVE WITH THIS PRODUCT: The main issues I have with this product are the materials used to cover the toothbrush heads. I fully understand the concept. The need for a strong toothbrush head is important, however the material is not truly "safe to the touch". This is a harder plastic that practically does not bend. When it scratches the gums, it hurts a lot! Even with minimal effort, he still gets in touch with him. In this case, it is advisable to use a different material for the toothbrush heads. Soft plastic or maybe a gel-like material. The bristles are stiff and definitely get the job done, but I've found that they even irritate my teeth if brushed too hard or too fast. They're soft enough that the bristles don't dig into his gums when my son bites his toothbrush, which is really nice. However, making them a little smaller and increasing their numbers together might solve this problem, as the tips are angled, so some don't have sensory triggers. Anyway I think after the second day we are finally having fun and now my kid will insist on brushing his own teeth. IN FRONT OF THE MIRROR! πŸ˜±πŸ€―πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ˜‚ The time to brush his teeth is actually over 40 seconds because he loves it and still needs to get used to it, but really. Small miracles and delicate favors! I take VICTORY! πŸ™Œ Once he's settled in, we'll definitely move on to the power! That was definitely a good start!
