Bought as a "portable" power supply to leave the factory unit on the table. The first device I received connected perfectly to my laptop (albeit a bit loose) and the charging/power light blinked and went off several times and then nothing. Disappointing but for the price it met my expectations. Sent unit back via Revain refund, fingers crossed I just got a lemon and sent another unit. The replacement arrived, plugged in and does what is advertised - powers my laptop. I'm not sure about long-term use, I've only had it a few weeks, but the return/exchange process was quick, hassle-free, and minimally frustrating.
