It looked like a winner from the start and it was! It was soft and comfortable to wear as it is actually a one piece dress that looks like a two piece suit. I added small belt loops and made many ribbon belts to wear with him and add interest to him. A super easy and fun way to add color and personality. With young children, there is no way to add decorative straps to scooter-style clothing, as the built-in shorts require the strap to be untied in order to use the bathroom. This would be too much of a challenge for younger students. This dress solves that problem and is a fun way to wear it to match the uniform.
