Until now I could only wash my face in the evening because it was too dry twice a day and pimples increased. This cleanser is so gentle I can use it night and morning. Doesn't foam, but I don't think it should. I don't smell at all either. It's just a very light creamy cleanser that does a good job of removing dirt/oil without feeling tight or dry. Worth the price in my opinion.
