I like how easy it is for me as an engineer at my day job (which does not use this tool) can see what our customers are doing in their browsers when they visit us! It also helps with troubleshooting issues that we have internally or externally facing users of one particular site/app within AWS Cloudfront CDN service which allows you get insights into your user's browsing behavior without having them open up any browser dev tools etc., This gives insight about where problems may be lying so its helpful from both ends - internal & external customer support team who want some data regarding end-user behaviour while using certain web applications / sites hosted by cloud front cdn services such as ours :).
