I ordered 9W. I checked the tongue on both shoes and both say 9 inches. Why is the left shoe bigger than the right? and I like the soft inside. I keep them because they are my home shoes and I don't want to wait for a replacement that might fit just as well. They work BUT too expensive. I have replaced the MBT sole with an orthopedic insole and I also wear a PSC cast foot for my plantar fasciitis. These shoes give me plenty of room when wearing a headband. Very convenient. However, I would advise ordering your actual size rather than ordering larger. These shoes are big. I might consider ordering again despite my discomfort as I have no pain in my feet when walking in them. Gives my feet a comfortable, lifted feel (although it's not a fully buoyant rocker outsole, that's enough.) For those of us with foot issues, pain-free walking is worth any price.
