I bought this recertified Chromebook in December 2019 and everything was great! The Chromebook's screen is large, fast, and easy to use. I love it! BUT the battery was completely dead after only 5 months. I bought a new charger in case that was the problem but it still won't hold a charge. Called the service number below and they said it was covered by a one year warranty and they would send a box to have it mailed to them. It has been 2 weeks now and I have not received a letter from them nor a box to post. in. I called twice again and got no answer, only on the voicemail machine that I turned on voicemail and didn't get anything back. I would like to update this review if the seller honors their warranty.
