I have a neck problem and after my chiropractor corrects me I have to lie face down on this hard and inflexible massage table to massage muscles and ice and/or to stimulate warmth. The headrest attached to the table is not adjustable at all and my neck just can't bend down during the treatment. Now I bring this pillow and put it on her. Perfect. It raises my head to a comfortable height without being too heavy or uncomfortable. It's wide enough around my face that my eyes don't pinch at all, and it's easy to breathe in. Definitely worth the investment with 3 treatments a week for months ahead of me.
