Extremely easy and perfect. You really get the feeling that all the other belts are just plain stupid. It's been a little less than 3 months and everything is working great. One thing that bothered me before I got it was that the buckle has this thin part that goes through the loop and holds the tension and I thought it might break. Then I got this thing and felt it and it's not a problem, the force you have to use to break it never comes and if it does then something has gone horribly wrong and the strap is the least of your problems.
