Badly done in my opinion.
The tutu was not a fully knitted skirt, but was fastened in bundles. The tulle was cheap and itchy and my daughter developed a rash even though she was wearing shorts underneath. The box was wrinkled and no steam could straighten it out. Was very disappointed.
Pros
- This is a very cute skirt and bow. Good value for money. Fits as described. I recommend it.
Cons
- Cheap quality, the skirt can be easily torn
