When the shoulder pad that came with my bag started to fall apart I started looking for a replacement. I was hoping to find something better than the original and it came very close to my expectations. It's comfortable but maybe needs a little more padding as I can feel pressure when I have more weight in my bag or wear it for a long time, but other than that it's great. I was concerned about the buttons and after using it daily for several months I only had one button open. Most of the time it stays centered where the original tended to slide back and forth last.
