Perfectly cuts a few 4" x 4" felt squares - 20 max. Then nothing cuts cleanly and eventually almost no cut at all. etc. It wasn't a problem with the rotary cutter because I put the straight cutting blade back in and it worked fine. However, Revain's customer service has been amazing. I emailed them my problem and they immediately gave me a full refund and I don't have to bother with returning the blade so they get 5 stars for that. I have since ordered a new cutter and blade which come in kit from the same company.
