I bought these because my husband does chemo biweekly and I spend a lot of time in a hospital room watching him sleep. They fit easily in your ear and come with 2 sized silicone ear pieces so you can choose which fits best. It wraps around the ear with another silicone arm so it doesn't fall out which is a huge problem for me. (Small ear canals) the battery life is amazing. They recharge when you put them back into the case so I'm assuming the case is the battery pack. I charge the case maybe 2 times a month if that, and keep it in my purse. The ear buds stay charging in the case. It runs off the same type charger as my Samsung galaxy 21, so even if it dies I just use my regular phone charger to charge them up in no time. Highly recommend!
