I bought this thread set because I'm always looking for weird in-between color combinations. Surprisingly, this thread gave me a direct color match while normal spools of other thread types didn't even come close. It came in a white box with sets of yarn in clear packaging. This allows you to simply pull out the set and match colors without having to touch each spool individually. This thread works great on my machine. It is also very convenient for manual work. It looks more like cotton but I had no problem tearing it. If you sew a lot or make alterations for people like me then I recommend this thread. The color combination alone is worth it.
