I like how quick they are at getting back with you when contacting them about your application status or interview details etc. The customer service can be very slow if there's been an issue in regards to any of their services being used - This hasn't happened as yet but i'm sure that will change over time! They have helped me get my first job out of university so far which has given me great confidence going forward into work life.
