These wind chimes are about half an inch wide, shiny and brass-gold colored. They're pretty cheaply made but that's really what they're there for and what I need them for as there's no reason to say they're a bad product. What do you expect from a stamped metal bell? I sewed an ankle bell belt to wear during our drum circles. The job is perfect for that. Made from stamped metal, the attachment loop is quite sharp, and I cut the thread several times when attaching the bells to the woven belt. I can't give them a bad rating for that, but if you really want them to stay in place for a long time,
