Does what it's supposed to do so it gets high marks. The price matches the price you get and the quality compared to something more professional. For the average person who wants to do without paper towels and Windex window cleaning methods, it does the job perfectly. I have 2 complaints and the first is that you cannot lock the mop in the opposite direction of the cleaning pad. That's a big pain in the back. You can stick it backwards in the top part, but it won't be the most stable unless you push it in there, which I'm not sure you want to do. Another problem is the mop itself. The problem is that I scratched the window with a metal edge. I don't want to scratch the glass! You just have to be very careful while pushing and turning to remove the water. The rubber handles straight traction well, but it takes some practice to get the hang of it. For the money it did what it was supposed to do and the cleaning pads seem to be quite absorbent and worked well with my cleaner. However, one of the fabrics had no seams to hold it at one end opposite the Velcro side. Not a big deal since I can sew and take care of it, but obviously it's a quality control issue.
