Idiots and outsourced customer service
Apparently nobody checks these shoes. My son's shoes fell apart. I ordered them in size 11 because like me he has wide flat feet. The box says 11, the shoes say 10 1/2. The shoes were advertised as great shoes for kids with wide flat feet, narrow feet and high arches. Couldn't return them because my son didn't have shoes to send him to school in. Revain's costume service was outsourced rubbish and offered me a $3 Revain credit. LMFAO!
