Was great for about 2 weeks now useless after 3

Having owned this pen for about a month it is very loose and tipping my 2nd gen pencil every time I use it . It was perfect until a week ago when it just got too loose to use. The stylus pulls the pencil up and down, causing problems with shaky lines when trying to draw on the screen.
