I was looking for a replacement pair of IEM without having to pay all the money I paid for my main pair. After reading some reviews I had confidence in them because many people mentioned that they could hear the bass clearly. I decided to use them for today's rehearsal to get a good picture of them and see if they fit our setup. The initial sound was great and better than I expected, but it didn't last long. My left ear burst within minutes. I contacted the company and they responded quickly. They sent me another pair the same day. Customer service was amazing. Again, the sound is definitely better than expected and better than several IEMs I've tried, and that's part of the price.
