I had two of these key holders and thought they could be a bit more durable. Two "hooks" came out of the first one and it is not possible to reinstall them. Still, I liked the product so much (because it actually zips up even when full of my keys) that I bought a second one and the hook came out a few days later. I couldn't reinstall it, but I saved it just in case. I can't wholeheartedly recommend this product but I'll probably buy another one because I love the number of keys it holds, but I think I need to be a lot more careful with how I use it and how many keys I have.
