According to my grandson the boots look and feel great but the button to tighten the boots breaks on the first pull. I thought it was an accident the first time, bad pair so I started with a refund/replacement and after getting a new pair I tried the toggle switch again and the same thing happened. It violates. I don't use force, I just pull with my thumb and forefinger. That's why I'm sending them back. Too bad, I really wanted them to work. Now I also have the inconvenience of driving 22 miles to the nearest UPS store for a return.
