I like that it allows us to organize our processes and see what's coming next. We can also send emails and other information out based on what process we're in or what stage of the process we are in. I do not like the fact that sometimes certain tasks will not show up in the menu when you click on them. If you have a lot of processes going on within the system, you might find yourself having trouble finding the right process to use at times. This software has helped us organize all of our processes into one place and help keep track of our daily activities.
