The perfect toddler skirt at a great price!
This skirt is very cute, especially for the money! It fits my 3 year old perfectly and I was a bit nervous about the size but she is definitely the average height for a 3 year old which is great. I love that it has an elastic instead of ties because she doesn't want to keep asking to be tied up and she would be lost in a day.
