Does it look the same as the photo? no After looking at the reviews I ordered a size up, I'm small, I ordered medium. It's baggy, but the belt helps. I am 5'9 130 lbs. Big chest and it fits my DD so the environment is good for it. The hands are surprisingly roomy. The fabric is regular, thin and kind of flat, maybe the starch and iron will help give it more wow factor. I added a waist belt because the belt sucks. It's short so you'll probably need leggings or a skirt underneath, I found a cute one that works (see photo), overall I'm happy with it, it's very cute and cheap.
