Review on 🔧 Denso Silver Radiator 221-0501 by Djkutt Kent

I'm on my 3rd Denso cooler, each lasted about 2 years before rusting happened. These coolers are really well made, but their Achilles heel are the nuts and one bolt on the ATF cooler fittings. If you live in an area prone to rusting, I recommend covering these areas with an anti-corrosive paint such as POR-15 to help your radiator last longer. My first change came out of the short fitting on the left, my second change out of the longer fitting on the right. I have treated the 3rd POR15 replacement so only time will tell if this will be a permanent solution. I appraised a new Lexus radiator that lasted 18 years and cost about $400. So if I need to get another Denso replacement it would be easier to get the original block from the start.
