I like that it shows me what my competition's marketing plan looks like for their target audience, which helps me to better understand how they're targeting consumers in order to attract them. It also provides insights into competitors' media spend, as well as their overall marketing performance. The platform can be difficult to navigate sometimes, but if you have someone who knows everything about your industry then this tool works great! There isn't anything specific that I dislike. I do think there are some features (such as competitors) that could use an update or maybe more options on certain pages. We've been able to see our competitor's marketing plans and compare them against ours so we know where we need to improve. This has helped us identify opportunities that weren't being realized by other companies within our space.
