Nozzle orifice varies greatly
Most 0.4mm nozzle orifices were either too small or too large. I have a very accurate 0.4mm probe and have checked all the nozzles. Only about 20% of the 0.4mm nozzles had the right size holes. In addition, all incorrectly machined nozzles were marked as 0.4 mm.
