I Have owned this bag for almost two years now and I love it! I use it as my "personal item" every time I fly (it is just small enough to pass as a personal item, you have to squeeze it under the plane seats) and its a great over night/weekend bag. I love that it has the slip to go over your suitcase handle and on it is a small zipper pouch that is big enough for a small wallet, phone, keys, etc, but don't over pack that small zipper pouch while its over a suitcase because it will get stuck and you have to fight your suitcase while in line at security. The small arm handles are quite stiff so if you plan on carrying it on your shoulder I definitely would recommend the larger shoulder strap that comes with it because it will get uncomfortable very fast. Its a great water resistant material all though the inside does have a cloth lining so I don't think I would recommend it for a gym bag as it would get smelly pretty easily. Overall its an amazing bag good size and material I defiantly would recommend.
