Update 10/27/2020: I am updating my rating to 4 stars. The seller responded to my warranty request within 24 hours. They asked for an address to send a replacement. Please note that I have contacted you through Revain's buyer/seller messaging system, which will verify your purchase before you message me. If they were to email directly (I don't even know if that's possible) they would probably need proof of purchase. Original Review: The folding pins are a design improvement over my Lenovo branded charger, but it died five months after I bought it. I'll come back to this review and rating after figuring out the seller's warranty process, but for now I'm giving this charger 2 stars.
