Great mix of French press and pour over machine! Do you want to water? Use a paper filter and keep the stopcock open. Do you want a french press? Use a metal filter and keep the stem closed while you draw. With this coffee maker you have the possibility to set the time and the extraction exactly where you want it with a simple chemical adjustment! The only real downside I can find is that it can't make more than two cups at a time. But if you know and understand this limitation, 5 stars. The seller solved a small problem incredibly quickly. So rest assured if something goes wrong with your order, which is unlikely, it will be fixed in no time! Good luck and enjoy your coffee!
