Irritated. Should I also buy powder?
I cannot rate a product as to whether it works or not as I did not have the wherewithal to use it and have no intention of using it. I had no idea there was a powder I had to buy with toner. There were two boxes of gel in the kit but NO POWDER. And little did I know I had to buy a powder to use the toner.
