I have a lot of experience with all kinds of combat turnstiles. Of course, my main option is CATS. However, it takes up valuable space on my outer body armor. That's why I chose RATS to wear the vest. Note that I still carry the CAT in my waist pack. It's always good to have two options because if you need one, you probably need two. This is a great second option or something to help you choose the best option or until the ambulance arrives. Also, it may not work as well on tall people as you often have to wrap it to reduce blood flow to the extremities. NOTE NOW, THIS REQUIRES PRACTICE. Like anything else, including CAT, you need to practice with it until it becomes second nature. Don't practice until you get it right, practice until you stop getting it wrong.
